Simple acts of kindness open hearts to the love of Jesus. Outreach is how Jubilee Place shows up for South Jersey — practically, consistently, and without an agenda.

Why we go

Church Outside The Building

We believe the church is at its best when it's outside its own walls. So every month we take teams into our community to meet real needs — food, clothing, care and company.

We're not there to hand out flyers. We're there because people matter, and because the love of Jesus is worth demonstrating before it's ever explained.

Five Areas Of Focus

Food, water, shelter, clothing and care — the practical needs Jesus named, and the ones we organise ourselves around.

  • Food

    Food drives, hot meals and grocery support for families in our community who are going without.

  • Water

    Clean water and basic provisions, both locally and through the partners we support overseas.

  • Shelter

    Practical support for people who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing.

  • Clothing

    Seasonal clothing drives — coats in winter, school uniforms in the autumn, and everything in between.

  • Care

    Visits, prayer and a listening ear for people who are unwell, isolated or grieving.

What we run

Get Involved

Regular initiatives you can join, whether you have an hour a month or a weekend a year.

  • Second Saturday Serve

    One Saturday morning a month, we take a team out to serve somewhere in our community. No experience or commitment needed — just turn up at 10am.

  • Care Kits

    Groups assemble kits of essentials — toiletries, socks, snacks and a handwritten note — for people experiencing homelessness across South Jersey.

  • Holiday Meal Drive

    Every Thanksgiving we collect and distribute food so that families in our community sit down to a proper meal.

  • Christmas Gift Drive

    Gifts and Bibles for children who would otherwise go without at Christmas, delivered through our local partners.

We work alongside local organisations who are already doing brilliant work in South Jersey — schools, shelters, food banks and community groups. They know the need best; we bring the hands.

Second Saturday Serve is the easiest way in. Turn up at 10am and we'll put you to work alongside someone who knows what they're doing.
