What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this site — typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used. That data cannot be traced back to an individual.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to follow up on the request you made, and — if you asked us to — to send you news about the church. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.
Prayer requests
Prayer requests are read by our pastoral and prayer teams. If you tick the confidential box, your request is seen only by the pastoral team and is not shared more widely.
Giving
Giving is handled entirely by Tithe.ly, Zelle and PayPal on their own secure systems. Jubilee Place never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Children
Information about children is collected only at Kids Church check-in, by a parent or guardian, and is used solely for the safety and care of that child.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as it takes to help you, and then only where there's a good reason to — for example, if you've asked to stay on our mailing list.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Email jubileeplace@hccna.church and we'll take care of it.
